International delivery is split into Large and Small items and pricing is as follows;

Our couriers deliver between the hours of 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
All items are shipped by Royal Mail.

If you are not in at the time of delivery, Royal Mail will attempt to leave your parcel with a neighbour. If delivery cannot be made with yourself or a neighbour, a While You Were Out card will be left informing you that your parcel can be collected from the nearest Royal Mail delivery office (not your local Post Office). Royal Mail will hold the package for 14 days before returning.

 

Returns Policy

Witness operates a 30 Day “No Quibble Returns Policy”, this means as long as the goods are in a satisfactory (resell-able) condition you can send them back to us for a exchange or refund. When returning goods, please provide proof of purchase – either a receipt for items bought in-store or an invoice for items bought online.

  • The postage cost for returning goods, for exchange or refund, is the responsibility of the customer.
  • If you wish to return item(s) with an expired receipt or invoice or without a receipt, please Contact Us.
  • Please post your unwanted item(s) back to us using the address label provided on the front of your invoice.
  • If the item(s) returned contributed towards a special discount (i.e. multi-buys, free item, free postage) the discount will be claimed back where applicable.

Distance Selling Regulations
If you are contracting with us as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time, up to seven working days after the day on which you received the order. This is known as a ‘cooling off period’. If you have paid a delivery charge, this will also be refunded when an order is cancelled during this cooling off period. If you not cancelling, but are returning part of the order, we are not obliged to repay any of the delivery charge; please note that any additional payment for an upgrade from standard delivery is not refundable under Distance Selling Regulations 2000. You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and they must be returned to us at your cost. You must inform us of the cancellation of the contract in writing within seven working days of receipt.

Exclusions – Sealed audio/video recordings or software, which has been opened. Newspapers and magazines, underwear and swimwear.

Faulty Items:
If your product is faulty, damaged or unfit for purpose, please Contact Us before you return your goods.

How to return items:
Returnable items purchased online can be taken to our Derby store or posted back to us. Your invoice document is your receipt. Please provide a copy as proof of purchase.

Returning items by post:
Please complete the reverse of your invoice with your instructions. Our returns address can be found on the contact page of our website.

Returns from Outside of the U.K:
We can only refund items that were returned to us from outside of the U.K. All exchange requests from outside the U.K. will be subject to an additional shipping charge.

Refunds:
We aim to have refunds completed within 2 working days, of receipt of your goods. The funds can take up to 14 working days to be cleared into your bank account. The refund will be credited to the payment method used for the original purchase. If your order was paid for using a gift voucher, all refunds will be credited by gift voucher. This does not affect your legal rights.

Exchanges:
To exchange unwanted item(s), return the item(s) and indicate what you would like in exchange by giving us a call on 01947 606753

Substitute Goods:
If we are not able to fulfil your order we will advise you, in the event that we are unable to contact you, we will ship the remainder of your order and refund you for the out of stock item. In some cases we may substitute for a similar product, should you not want to keep the substitute we will meet the cost of returning the item to us.

Pricing:
All our prices are liable to change at any time. We reserve the right to alter prices and / or special offer details at our own discretion.

Colours:
Due to the nature of computer monitors some colours may not be accurately represented.

Policy if returning to the store:
For your convenience, you can go to our Whitby store with your returns. Please ensure that you take proof of purchase with you. Exchanges can be dealt with immediately, however refunds must go through our refund process and could take up to 14 working days to clear into your account.
